Betty,

The only way I can see there being any side-effects, would be if you were allergic to any of the ingredients or if took more than the recommended dosage.

I take it for my heart and brain, and have been off and on it for at least 4 years. My wife takes to enhance her liver function (1 year). Dr. Ettinger

There is no relationship with sea buckthorn and the sea/ocean, other than the first name being sea. Sea buckthorn is most often used topically.

Frank, Absolute Acai will give you more bang for your buck; it's what I take. Two scoops a day is my recommended dose and will give you more true acai than 1 oz of Acai Max. What I do is to put in my breakfast, protein shake. I use Absolute Acai, Liquid Power Multi-V, Whey Protein Isolate, Non-GMO Lecithin Granules and fruit. I hope this helps. Acai Powder vs. Acai Max liquid, cost comparison

I have been taking an ounce of Acai Max liquid per day…..(along with an ounce of Liquid Power,V)
Considering that the freeze dried powder product may be more powerful, how much of the powder would I use daily to get the recommended minimum amount for a 190 lb male, senior in good health?
