I have been taking it for close to a year now. I usually suffer terribly with cedar fever every year about this time. One of my girlfriends was just commenting how miserable she was with her cedar fever and it all of a sudden dawned on me that I have not had ONE symptom this year. I believe it has also been a contributing factor in helping me lose a few pounds. I am not a dieter. I usually walk to help keep my weight in check but it started creeping up over the past couple of years and all of a sudden I was about 20 pounds heavier than I like to be. I am very happy to report that I have shed 13.5 of those pounds over the past few months and the Noni is the only thing I have added to my regimen.

I am thinking about using your liquid vitamins since it is probably the only way I will ever get my husband to take any (he won’t take pills). Incidentally, he takes the Noni diligently so it must be giving him benefits or I’m positive he would have given it up long ago.
